Real time Gold Quotes and Charts

Hi I'm looking for charting software that has real time gold and silver quotes. and charts.. having other metal quotes would be a bonus too.
Does anyone know of such software?

i know about those sites i was looking for a ticker... kitco has one but it updates every minute was looking for a chart and quote that i dont have to continuously refresh if there is one.
