well, first of all, there is no law against "insider trading" in forex, so everybody in that meeting has a cell phone connected to a banker. That doesn't mean it is a done deal. You may think it's bullish, I may think it's bearish. like the man said, if you don't like these announcment moves, you can just check that calendar and get flat before, and put it on again after in many cases we are talking about less than two minutes
