shanghai exchange site is real time snapshot i think.

 

Even though it is available, an international trader can not open an account in a brokerage in China. It is against the Chinese Law.

 

Yahoo finance has most major indices.
Most days I check the page before our markets open. Most Asia indices are closed before ours are open. Europe indices are still open. I am not sure of time differences if that matters to you.
