He's probably just another young youtube whore looking to make easy money from the fools who will watch him. Youtube is absolutely lousy with them. I'd bet dollars to donuts that's a demo account.
Why is 50 NQ lots considered large? That's similar to only 20 ES lots, and I know traders who do more than 20. Anyway, at the end of the day, whether anyone is legit or not is irrelevant IMO. Only thing that counts is how much you've made yourself. Now, if you're considering signing up for his course, why don't you focus on his strategies instead? For example, does he have a demonstrable edge that can be replicated?
I don't think revenge trading is a strategy one would want to replicate. Do you curse under your breath but loud enough for others to hear when you flip your positions?
Didn't watch the video... Yet, if he shows his "trade fill window" or "audit trail window" with trade order ID numbers & timestamps in the video... Demo accounts always have different initial code numbers than real money trading accounts regardless of the broker. Simply, broker statements that are released at night or real-time video can be easily faked...trade order ID numbers in a "trade fill window" or "audit trail window"...can not be faked and they can be traced if someone has the resource/time to trace it. wrbtrader
Dollar per point 50 NQ contracts is equal to 20 ES contracts, that's right. However, NQ moves more than ES. Today NQ is up around 200 points at time of writing, which is $4K per contract, ES is up just over 50 points, which is around $2,6K per contract. So 50 NQ contracts is more like 75-80 ES contracts if you compare the average $ reward per contract, around 50% more, which matches the notional value that is also around 50% more for NQ, ES is around $224K, NQ is almost $310K.
I decided to make some education videos. It doesn't feel like I will get anywhere with the live streams. So tell me what you think? I am totally new to video editing. https://www.youtube.com/shorts/aR2U2uPN_dc
Here's what I think. Video is too short to be considered educational. The voice is too animated which makes it unbelievable. It's like public speaking. Open by telling the audience what you are going to tell them Tell them what you want to tell them Wrap it up by telling them what you told them.
You got a point but it's a YouTube short. I didn't wanna make a really long video without testing the waters first. It took like 2 days just figuring out and creating a video 20 seconds long.
But you're right about the voice. I don't wanna use my own. Maybe I will pick another one that sounds less monotone.
