Real Estate Price Graph - Current - Where do you think it will go?

    Generally speaking, real estate is back to 2003 pricing.

    Lets say this was the graph of a stock you were trading. At what point would you consider buying into the stock?

    This graph looks very similiar to many tech stocks back in the day.

    The NYC housing market is coming unglued. According to craigslist, a studio apartment in midtown with a doorman can be had for under 2k.

    It goes wherever the gravity of reality takes it. And that gravity is now being driven by things like people with jobs and real income who are faced with living within the means of that income.
