Do you all think that the Real Estate index will predict the end of the boom in real estate? Obviously stock prices move in a much faster fashion than Real Estate prices and traders react quicker than home buyers. The Real Estate iShares have been selling off hard lately--is this any sort of indication of the boom, busting? Thanks
Take a look @ The price of IYR and ICF as The 10 Year Yield went from 4.3%> 4.4% +! There just might be some correlation.
