Real estate is scarce in DeSantis' Florida

    Once again, Florida is 19th out of 50 in deaths per million. Many states that had much more extreme lockdowns rank higher in deaths per million.

    The only point to be made is that lockdowns had little to no impact. There was a Johns Hopkins study that concluded that. Why do you hate science?

    So if we cherry pick dates somehow you can make some weak point? The lockdowns started in March 2020 so why would we use any date other than the start of Covid?

    You praised Andrew Cuomo and he sent senior citizens with Covid into nursing homes. How about we use that as the date we start counting?

    We have a documentary trail of 2 years of nonsense that you have posted. You were wrong on everything.

    Bottom line -- Miami was not the hottest real estate market in the U.S. in any given year or time period in the U.S. in the past decade in terms of percentage increases in the average house price in the market.
