I'm debating taking a position with a company in the Miami area. I'll get relo assistance with the position, but not equity protection with my house. So I'm probably going to lose a good deal of money on it. However, if I buy in Miami, I should be able to even out by getting a great deal, yes? I'm selling in Northern NJ and buying in Miami. Does this sound like it might work out? Just thoughts appreciated.
