if you can't read the tape anymore on US equities... then why about other equities... any other countries with a single marketplace w/ reasonable comissions?
i know some traders that pull a nice amount out of the DAX futures, but the DAX market hours do not work for me. if you are awake, and you know how to trade, you can do very well as a dax futures daytrader. but be aware that once the us market opens the couple of hours that they overlap is the choppy time for the dax. this is just anecdotal, i have never actually traded the dax, just heard from others.
