you'd be do a lot better trying Dimension, Capital Traders Group, Broad Street, WTS, Etc. Those guys (I believe I could be mistaken though) are all registered. the rates and minimums will be lower and some of those groups offer free on-going education for all their members. I believe it's Hold that runs RDT
