What problems are you talking about at Oanda or are you just trying to muck rake. RBS is an almost nationalised bank. It's platform is a CMC white label. You may as well trade directly with CMC.
No, its the former ABN Amro Marketindex (it got rebranded to RBS Marketindex recently) - which uses Oanda technology.
