I recently opened an account with RBCdirectinvesting (the TFSA one), and bought two sets of shares at different time and price. So when I called them up to inquire regarding how I can sell a specific set rather than another, they told me I couldn't. Then I asked If I sell a certain amount which of the set would be sold first... They said in their system everything get's averaged out, now I'm stuck with these stocks at some average price and I can't liquidate the set I can make even on. I have to hold or lose, does this sound alright?

    Anyone have experience on this?
