Ray Mentzer: "My training program"

    My experience is based on having weight trained for 50 years, this is my 50th year.

    My knowledge developed my strength to an 1,100 powerlifting total at 148# in my teens.

    So, yes I'm quite comfortable here. A lot of names mentioned here have been contemporaries in a quite a few gyms over the years.

  2. Like DTB2, I've probably worked out longer than you've been alive, most of it on higher volume. Debate is fine, and I'm open to it. But you entered the thread kicking and spitting. And for that I offer the usual refreshment.
