Rates of Prop Firms???

Need Help!

I'm looking to bring a small group of traders to a Proprietary trading firm. Preferably a firm that is self clearing and has their own trading platform. Such as, Genesis, Assent, Hold Brothers... My question is, What firm charges the least??
