Rate cut always works for stock market?

I mean not short term but long term to the upside. Any thoughts?

...or the Nasdaq after the bubble popped (even the S&P). Overlay a chart of the Fed Funds Target rate and those indices...

 

Fed rate cuts right now just scream, "We are in trouble. Hope this helps!"
