I like your archive idea. There already exists a way to see all of a person's posts. You click on the link on the person's post that tells the # of posts they have made. In your case it is the "Posts: 252" link right under your name (which is also a link).
I do that sometimes if I see someone who has said something interesting. But then I have to wade through all the one line posts they have made, and usually give up after a half dozen posts. Especially if they have more than 25 posts in their file.
