ET used to rank aliases by number of posts. Was this dropped because it was counter productive to ET's purpose?
As I recall the biggest complaint was that it encourages some members to post just for the purpose of increasing their "ranking". Given Baron's business model of quantity over quality I'm surprised he got rid of them.
