I would if they'd let me. Of course I'm sure I'd be on the side lines with multiple injuries after a few plays. But I WOULD play.
Any dip dip shit can sit in the stands and root for players he's doesn't know or has never met, playing on a team he has no tangible affiliation with, while playing a game with no real consequences.

Golf, football, baseball/softball, volley ball, hunting/shooting, bowling, racing, fucking you name it. Invite me to play and I'm there. Invite me to watch someone else and you better have plenty of free cold beer and hot chicks to check out or I got better things to do.

    No offense intended sports fans.

  3. Haha, I think that adequately described the "OMFG FOOTBALL *SEIZURE*" type of sports fans. I just like to watch the Packers, but if I miss a game (and if they lose), I don't go all slitting my wrists over it like some people probably do.

Okay, so this past weekend my waitress owed me a certain amount of change. She conveniently forgot that 49 cents was part of my change. So, I conveniently forgot to tip her what I was planning on tipping her. I hope she learned a lesson about thievery.

Does this make you mad when the wait staff includes these "automatic tips" in their change making decisions?

Yes. My wife handed the grocery cashier a $5 coupon the other day and she stuck it in her pocket conveniently forgetting to deduct it from her bill when she was done. My wife talked to the manager and got the coupon back.

It does lessen the motivation to tip at all, doesn't it?

In Norway we tip far less, but the service employees have a decent minimum wage. This is because a service charge is included in the price... It might be less democratic, but hopefully it keeps them from spitting in my food!

    Speaking of waitresses....

Where does the one-legged waitress work?

  10. I'm sorry - too funny.

"We should pass legislation. Any time a congressman votes for a funding bill to pay for a project like Solyndra, they must be required to put at least 10% of their net worth alongside the government money into that endeavour."

Imagine if we did that.
