Speaking of which, whatever happened to "service" in the U.S.? I've heard stories of a time when you went into a business and they really cared that you came in.
You da man, Kinggy! Thanks. I just called Robert Plant and suggested they do an updated version called "Random On". Said he'd look at it.
I get po'd when I go to dunkin donuts order 2 or 4 donuts they throw them in the bag Un-huh un-huh un-huh Just throw it in the bag Un-huh un-huh un-huh Just throw it in the bag don't even put them in there neatly ,never close the bag, just shove it over to ya. wtf, you want me to roll the top of the bag closed? DD uses those shit brown recycled napkins.
Yeah, service in this country is practically nonexistent. Although, I hold management responsible, I think they have almost given up on finding good help. Most of these people who get these service jobs just don't care. Management these days seems satisfied if they can just get a warm body. I wonder how many billions of dollars is lost each year in the restaurant business just because a lot of people won't go there. Not because they can't afford it. But, because they don't want to put up with the nonsense. "Hello." "Can I get you something?" "Thank you." "Please". "Yes sir." "Yes ma'am." "Come back." "We appreciate your business." What happened to those phrases?
