Rand Paul needs to hire you to write for him. His intent was the same as yours, but you've phrased it so much better. Racism is bad. Government forcing private property owners at gunpoint not to discriminate is worse. Obesity is bad. Government forcing people at gunpoint not to eat fattening foods is worse. Alcoholism is bad. Alcohol prohibition was worse. Etc, etc...
Ron and Rand are their followers are on the wrong side of the law... The Federal Civil Rights Act guarantees all people the right to "full and equal enjoyment of the goods, services, facilities, privileges, advantages, and accommodations of any place of public accommodation, without discrimination or segregation on the ground of race, color, religion, or national origin." The key is a public place, not a private place. Sure you may own it, but if your business is open to the public...that means it is a public place. You have a business that caters to the public? Go ahead and willingly practice racism...see how it goes.
This is the exact law that the Paul's feel are infringing on individual rights. It has been clearly stated here the Paul philosophy behind this. No reason for you to turn this into a petty and circular argument that never ends.
