The left has done a very good job of making this issue about race. The republicans have taken the bait. It's not about race, it's about the law and how it should be enforced. When enforceing the law is considered racist, we have lost the country. And here we are.
You "won" the last round because many conservatives stayed home rather than vote for a pseudo conservative, and because the media successfully ran a campaign misreporting data to a large percentage of low information voters who fell for it.
