Rahm Emanuel: Another banking criminal

  1. The backlash already happened. It happened election day when republicans got their ass handed to them. If they ever go back to true conservatism they'll win back the congress and the big house. Until then, people will roll the dice on the current group of misfits.

I guess everyone on this site is too young to remember the "wonderful"change Jimmy Carter brought to Washington.

Just look at the benefits one party rule has been for the state of Illinois and the City of Chicago. Highest sales tax in the nation. Huge deficits and a murder rate in Chicago that rivals Baghdad.

This is the political dysfunction in which our soon to be President was schooled.

  3. Something tells me that Obama voters are now disappointed. :D

You were sold lemon! You now have GWB II with another name, but same advisers.

Sounds like you need to read up a little (Don't panic, the author is kosher):

The Fatal Embrace: Jews and the State (Paperback)
by Benjamin Ginsberg (Author) "Since the 1960s, Jews have come to wield considerable influence in American economic, cultural, intellectual, and political life..." (more)

  4. 59% of white males nationally voted for McCain.

Even in California white males were 50/50 Obama/McCain.

No Democrat candidate for President since 1964 has carried the white male vote.

The Democrats are elected on the backs of Blacks, Mexicans, women, Asians, Jews and gays.

The GOP base is straight, Christian white men.

White men are THE cog in economic and cultural greatness.

Those who have been in America for the shortest tenure want America to become socialist.

That is ONE MAJOR REASON why forward looking securities markets will enjoy nothing more than a token bounce. The future of America is a majority black/brown socialistic nightmare.

The future of America is Brazil.

One thing everyone should be aware of is this, (forget the young part) its educated people that seem to not like republicans.

Of course not all educated people.

My point is "educated" people keep referring to themselves as intelligent people.

Education and intelligence do not go hand in hand.

I as I am sure you, know lots of really really unintelligent highly educated people.

When it comes to government or business, I will take wisdom and experience (not a JM reference) over education ANY day.

Hey, if the rants of a gambler who got lucky is what you want to rock with, more power to you.

Me? I'd prefer the writings of those who anted their life in the pursuit of their goal.

On that measure, Soros is a wannabe compared to the likes of Jefferson, Madison and Hamilton, amongst others.

  10. One thing you must ALWAYS remember.

Educators suck the tit of taxpayers. Teachers, administrators, researchers are as much on the public dole as welfare queens and defense contractors.

We have a nation of folks with advanced degrees making 114k a year teaching several hours a week on college campuses. conservative spenders are the anti-thesis to academias livelihood.
