I guess there's no way in a paintbar in QT to reference an entry price at any given point later. I'd like (to use a trivial example) to be able to reference the price at which an MA crossover occurred in order to create a target paintbar based on said price. Please help if you have done this.
Jerry, first I would like to thank you for everything. I was registered QT user since Datek. And I can't live without it. Thank you for your continued efforts and help! Now that I'm already writing I will ask a quickie. If anyone have an answer I would appreciate it (so not all questions goes to Jerry) I'm trying to set up email template for trend line crossing alerts. I would like to have google email set for this. What are the settings? Tried smtp.gmail.com and port 587 and it doesn't work for me. Anyone has working settings? And thanks in advance P.s. Of course, not shown on attached picture, but entered my proper email address and user name and password

Hi, I'm running Quotetracker version 3.9.8a, with the patch, and IQFeed version 4.8.1.7. When starting QT/IQfeed now get a prompt to upgrade to latest version (4.9.0.3) of IQ Will the patched Quotetracker run this version of IQFEED?
I called tech support at DTN IQ friday and they told me it was best not to upgrade if you were using QT.Just leave it as is.
i have quote tracker 3.98 on my computer... I would like to use it again with IB... is there anything I should do. I do not mind paying for it.
@cheesyhunk - referencing an entry price in a paintbar like you suggested is not something that can currently be done.
