I stumbled across this zip file to keep QT going past the end of the year. Just extract all of the files into your existing QT installation folder (with QT off) and QT will keep running as usual.
It was my understanding that QT would continue to function normally, after year end, as long as your quote source (IB for example) data format has not made any changes ... why would a "fix" be required??
a scammer alert. you don't need a patch to run QT after the year is over. it's supposed to run until the data provider provides data in a format QT is no longer able to accept. sounds like this ydfah bozo forgot to attach a virus/phishware when he posted on this thread. beware.
It seems odd to me that they just started requiring me to log in with my TDA password each time I launch QT now, if they are indeed phasing it out. This just started last week. Anyone else experience this?
Anyone with a non TDA account that is using an expired QT subscription sucessfully? Real Feedback Please
