QuoteTracker ES Raw data with IB feed

I set the window to show the prints along with the bid and ask. I never get a print outside the bid and ask, is this a problem with IB feed or perhaps I'm not looking hard enough?

 

Why are you expecting to see prints outside the bid and ask on ES?
