I extracted the files from the patch. I can bring in IB data but it won't backfill (from before I turned on my computer). Was there a step I missed?
Same problem on another computer that has QT without the patch being applied. So must be an IB problem right now. If anyone else can confirm . . .
That's what I'm seeing as well. I am unpatched, and I am connected to IB but I can't backfill any of my charts, but it shows whatever data after I started QT. I switched to my data feed to IQFeed, and I can't backfill any of my charts either. This appears to have just happened over this weekend...
Same here, both my stockwatch and IB backfill feeds are not backfilling. I tried on the patch and unpatch (but originally registered QT), 2 different computers. They are all 3.9.8 versions. All the real time quotes are fine. Problems started about April 1. Hopefully another patch in the works.
somethings farked. IB's tws charts fine, so the backfill servers are up. very bad, Ameritrade backfill also not working. Don't get it , how could they break IB?
Having same issue with IQFeed and TD Ameritrade backfill. Posted on the below link. I thought I just said that. The problem is QT, not the backfill sources. Did Ameritrade intentionally break something or is this an April fools bug
