increase the spike filter or turn it off by setting it to 100. OPTIONS/Edit Preferences menu, CHARTS tab, MISC... sub-tab, top right of the page.

 

Thanks Jerry. All the other stocks in my list printed perfectly. Why the difference?

 

there was a large gap, that was more than the spike filter setting, so the spike filter ended up filtering out legitimate data
