quote/news API com-compliant c#

Hi,

I'm using the mb trading SDK/API to develop an ATS. Has anyone found a NEWS/QUOTE API that could extend the streaming realtime quote feed from mb trading by at least ++200 quotes.

I only need nasdaq quotes, the API must be easy to use with the c# language and should cost less than $50 per month.

http://www.quotelink.net/ has c# support + $20/month but the documentation is very poor.

I have searched the following quote sources, but did not find a suitable API.

What's an "APS." And if you know how to work with API's in C++ then you certainly can find which datafeed provider can provide realtime news beyond 200 quotes.
