I also have found there to be a small delay between the charts and my order platform.. and you're right.. it sucks and is uncalled for if you ask me these people have the prettiest charts.. they just can't seem to get their data issues together
some problems here with LC aswell for the past 2 weeks, data missing, disconnections etc. otherwise it's been pretty good for back up and EOD, but once there is a problem it takes weeks or months to get fixed
Yeah.. I've noticed that too.. and there email tells me everything is okay.. I should be up and running but I'm not.. Anyone have a phone # on these people??
You can get the RTH only with a suffix of "=2" for the CME mini indexes. So, to get the RTH continuous ES contract (which switches to the correct front month on the appropriate day every quarter), you would use: ES #F=2. As I understand it, rates vary according to what markets you wish to follow. I get the basic package which only entitles me to the mini equity indexes. I subscribe annually and get a fairly good rate, about equivalent to what QCharts charged when I was with them. (My annual subscription renewal in July will be $1,020, excluding exchange fees, minus a small discount. I think it would be about 25% more expensive on a month-to-month basis.) However, admittedly, I had access to just about everything with QCharts' basic package if I recall correctly. So, there is a trade-off, dollar-for-dollar. However, data integrity is non-negotiable.
Thanks for the help Thunderdog.. Esignal offers a 30 day free trial so I took them up on it.. just had to pay $15 data fee.. I like the playback feature in Esignal.. lot of new things to look at .. my livecharts was the basic bare bones package...
