they should do a rate cut here, market is down from its high and this cant happen going into the end of 2007, Im sure the DOW will be around 13500 come Oct 31 when its time for the decision, I dont know what excuse they will use this time but they better come up with a good one. I dont think there should be any kind of rate cut but wallstreet wants one so I guess he will do a small .25% cut which should help the dow to new highs and the dollar to new lows.
