Well I didn't intend to complain about their precedures: they decide, not me. However, I have very recently opened an account with MAN financial and it was easier. To tell the truth, alot more complicated than several years ago. They wanted copies of both my ID and driving licence: then they said there wasn't the same person on the pictures. Just imagine: my driving licence is 20 years old!!
