Please execuse my total ignorance regarding options trading in European including UK and Asian markets, here are my questions, ( believe me, I did some searches in Google first before I posted those questions ) All questions are about stock options 1. What are rules for strike prices intervals ? In US, it is 1, 2.5, 5, 10, etc. I saw something like 2 and 17, 18 in some European options. 2. When do stock options expire ? also 3rd Friday of each month ? 3. What months are options listed ? Do they always list near two months options ? 4. Except for the strike prices, if I trade European stock options the way I trade US stock options, should I expect any suprises ? 5. Do Europe also offer End of month options or Weekly options ?
