The disclosure is regarding your investments, not jobs. If you own a share in the fund or have beneficial interest in it in some other way (such as the right to receive 20% of the profits a performance fee), the disclosure is required.
Umm, interesting. Thanks for all of the responses, it makes more sense now. It looks like I'll have her ask if Forex is OK, if not, I'll just have to divorce her and hang out more with the girlfriend, hehe
