Does anyone have a program or know of a tv program out there that I can setup all the major tv stations on one screen or anyone know if any cable providers that offer this or even the actual TV hardware itself?

  2. what's wrong with two different tvs?

  3. Picture in Picture on steroids...

    LOL, so true ... :(

No, seriously, you got picture in picture, you got financial programs who offer you both cnbc and bloomberg.

It would be awesome if there is a program out there with picture in picture on steroids, it would be a lot of bandwidth, but you could give up quality for quantity, like overlay graphic quality.

    Imagine it:

    17 inch screen
two rows of six boxes each (each box representing a show)
    Bloomberg
    CNBC
    CNBC Euro
    CNBC Asia
    BCC
    CNN
    FOX News
    CSPAN News
    -
    Family Guy
    Simpson
    Southpark

I would be set .... Has anyone tried this frame based or know of a program (download.com).

Dual NTSC tuners with up to 13-window PIP (including audio swap)

Westinghouse Digital's advanced, two-tuner PIP (picture-in-picture) functions give you everything from mixed-mode PIP for watching TV and working on a PC concurrently to split-screen viewing and the option to resize and relocate the PIP window. PIP abilities even extend to image swap and audio swap, which lets you switch the sound between the PIP and main screens without rearranging the video windows, and a further choice of 4- or 13-window viewing for those times when two screens just isn't enough--like, for instance, on major sports Sundays.

Picture-in-picture (PIP): Yes (2-tuner, 4- or 13-window PIP with adjustable location, size, image swap, audio swap, PC PIP)

    Product Description
With a built-in DVI connector and 13 channel picture-in-picture capability, this set accommodates a broad variety of content sources. Customize your viewing experience moment-to-moment with a remote control that lets you switch among multiple sources or change on the fly from widescreen to conventional viewing.

    awesome

  8. If there are only two tuners, how can you get 13 different channels at he same time on one screen? Wouldn't one need 13 tuners?

How does this work with the Westinghouse?

My guess would be that one tuner runs the primary real-time tuning, the other tuner cycles through channels for the PIP feature.

  10. But can each of the 13 screens lock into one channel, thus 13 little squares (the user can size these) all displaying a different channel, with the user selecting which audio to listen to? if so... this is truly incredible...

Why don't they screenshot this and exploit it in their ad's if this is true...otherwords...what is wrong with this picture :)

cycles through channels for the PIP feature.
