A few NYSE securities i own recently show insiders (directors, officers, etc) selling/buying securities and these transactions show after hours on all of them. Do insider transaction post exactly when the transaction takes place, i am imagining not since it's showing reported after hours? What is the time difference from when the transaction takes place to when it is put out on say Yahoo for example? Thanks!
