Question: how to deal with trolls? Can't anybody do something about them?

I know in the past he specifically stated the thread for for "networking, business and entertainment" although I'm not exactly sure what was meant by such a statement. Later the thread was closed but re-open...close and re-open for some unknown reason to the general ET population.
