I've done the no sleep thing, or at least a "nap" between US close and Asia open. It's most important to be available from London Open onward anyway. I think its worth it if you can make a few thousand bucks ... not worth it if you end up losing.
You are probably right, but there were a few trades in NQ or CL that if I were not to be available at the first two hours of London session I would have gave up most if not all of my open P&L. Obviously this is more of an issue if you take trades counter the bigger picture trend.
While I agreed that in principle, but in practice there are certain price actions I look for to exit optimally. I guess I could try to quantify that. But it's more on a case by case.
