OK, so I'm rather new to trading and need a recommendation or two. I'm looking for a software package that would allow me to screen a database such as the NASDAQ or NYSE applying user defined criteria [for a Bollinger Band Squeeze for example] that would generate a list of stocks that satisfy the conditions of the squeeze. I'm not a programmer but I can certainly use an assisted type of code. ProRealTime offers this but it is not working quite right lately but it has free EOD data which is all I need. I tried a simple code in Strategy Desk from TD Ameritrade [my broker] but it was really slow. What other platforms come to mind? Thanks in advance. Walt
