Mak, the tools are excellent... squ/str is more meaningful w/ prv beside it. I made a few minor additions to the prv sheet, detailed in this screen shot. Note I condensed the formatting to fit where I want it on my desktop.
Very nice TXUK. PRV is EXCELLENT it really slows down everything. Shortly, we are going to put the STR.NEUT.SQU abstraction to the right and for some of you "throw away the manual". We will use the abstraction because I see that some of you are having difficulty with the current picture so we will use a much more generic form. Very shortly thereafter, I am hoping that some of you will just "GET IT" and realize the potential of every chart and every fractal, it will be a killer SCT doorstep... It is going to be so cool... MAK!
TX nice job ! very sweet - thanks for sharing. Mak your plans to add clarity for us all sound exceptional - I'll go ahead and reserve aha-moments.com - it's available IRL
Im hoping that by having these things running on the side that something will click. Im a visual kind of guy so maybe they will accomplish something that the written word doesnt seem to do for me. Days like today are what drive me up a wall. I do pretty well when the market makes a move but this kind of stuff leaves me on the sidelines muttering to myself.
Grobians, please excuse the distraction. Easy. Today was totally predictable. Yesterday market order traders took money from limit order traders. Today they want it back. This is not a concept comprehended in Jacking.
Thanks to assistance of the PRV and str/squ tool, I took 2 trades, both profitable, for a net of +2 pts. What I would like to do now is debrief (no, no, not remove my shorts). I don't remember seeing a process for doing such, so if someone can point out documents/audio files where Jack discusses debriefing - I would be most appreciative! TIA Anthony
Yes but HOW are they taking it back? What are they doing to make money on this type of day? How do they stay on the right side of the market? This is what we are trying to put on the table. Anybody can make money when the market is moving in one direction.
They take it back by fading market order direction. Look at today's VWAP (I'm generalizing from NQ). It is almost indistinguishably close to the open.
