Though most of us wont admit it we come into the market expecting to win , if not immediately, within a few weeks or so. I know I did. There are a few exceptions, but for most it is an arduous process and losing days are the rule, not the exception. What you are describing happens to almost everybody and that is why I keep harping on keeping it as simple as possible. You will never get anywhere by jumping from one idea to the next. When you realize it is not going to be easy and settle down into a routine, stick to one idea long enough to see whether it works for you or not , you may start to see some progress.
Some one in this thread wrote "I´m a moron" as sort of a starting point. I´m gonna try to adapt that way of thinking, since I find that I´m trying to hard to be smart and predict what´s going to happen. From now on, if someone calls me a moron or stupid I´m gonna take it as a compliment.
Sorry to torture you with questions Easy, but I´m just wondering if I got everything right. I was entering when the channelline broke on the attached chart at 1187,25. When there was no real strong move I got out at +0,5. I´m on the right track?
That´s true. Low volume also helped me to stay out of another trade that would have failed. Thanks for encouragement and help. You always provide those small details that make me get back on track. Discipline was back today, felt relaxed and took only two trades. Time to leave for the weekend, good luck to everyone! /Stalker
Do you ever trade off intraday trends? All of the charts you've posted are focused on trades based on longer timeframe S/R.
