extremely stupid question. and I'm someone who usually believes in the "there are no stupid questions" mantra.

Such a trader might exist. I say this because there are those who can double that amount in 6 months by taking one single risk. Then there is the issue of other losses. At the end of the year I think there are those who makes this amount, but cannot reveal their strategy, neither can they share their account statement.
