The sense of asking question is to not need to do it myself as maybe someone already has experience with that kind of things and can advice what usually works better and why

In life there are not specific answers to every question. Better or worse is useless in this context, if your situation is unique.

What is "it"? Which "platform" , binance or Nina's? For someone who demands very precise answers you are as imprecise as could possibly be. Perhaps you want to describe what your actual problem is then others can help with more targeted answers. So far all you have done was drop a hint here and there without really describing your problem and it's context.
And since when Binance is PLATFORM ? Binance is exchange, Ninja is trading platform. Or am I mistaken ? Very ineffective try to "point" mistake ... Imprecise ? "If I travel a lot and need static IP for my further trading (just a requirement from the cooperating company), what is the best way to do this that won't affect (or improve) my execution ? VPN with static IP, VPS, proxy ? Question is for connection straight to Binance, so not tradfi futures/stocks etc. related (but I presume solutions are similar ?)" What is imprecise about that ? The NinjaTrader charting software doesn't support Binance natively, but that doesn't mean you can't install other software on the server. TradingView Desktop also comes preinstalled because it's a very popular option. There's no restrictions, so you can install any software, e.g. MT4/5, etc. or trade in a browser and still have the static IP if that's what you need.
