So you are telling me if they tell you to sign a contract, you have no other choice but to sign the contract? You cannot walk away? Even in China, if you don't want to sign a contract to open an account, you just walk away. I dunno what planet you are living on.

Good luck with your adhesion lawsuit!

Wrong. And i explain U why: it’s not a 50/50 outcome even though undeniably day trading is only for a few. I have a master degree in finance if that make sense for You, all that i can say is that some of the dumbest people in this profession come from the academic world. Harming the careers especially of newbies.

Guys open the eyes and not let some loser not able to make money prevent U as well. Trading is an art not a science.

I just would like to add to the discussion: if You want to be a philosopher of the market read Mandelbrot. You will get an idea of what distribution the market is (probably) closer. Again are hypothesis. However, If You want to be just a trader You can safely skip it. What we need as trader is to keep an open mind model not dogma as You are trying to make it. Anyway i am done here.

  4. 1)"Can you just stop with your stupid line of argumentation. No matter how much money one made, how wealthy one is has zero bearing on an argument."

ANSWER: I offered an alternative approach to his case. Lawyers thought it was not worth it to fight the case, and to simply let the Annuity mature. I chose otherwise, and with a simple BrokerCheck search, I was able to build a strong case, and retrieve the funds within 4 months, and get the broker fired.

2)"Are you some fresh off the boat immigrant from a banana republic that you suck the dick of ANYONE who appears to have made money? I hate this kind of stupidity"

ANSWER: Not really, I came to the USA, age 13, for high school. I have been privileged to have had financial means, and later through schools, to have established friendships with significant people, some of them worth billions. I was lucky.

    3) "PS you wrecked that guy's life? Your life was already wrecked by a low iq and your relative was a retard who bought an annuity that came with a commission of about 20% off the entire expected total return. If your relative did not suspect bullshit then he/she must have been even more retarded than you are."

ANSWER: My IQ was measured by a psychologist when I came to the USA. Although, my English was not as advanced then, I passed the IQ test at 136 (in English). I am a member of Mensa, and I was accepted into the Gifted Program (the IQ test was a mandatory prerequisite for entrance into the Gifted Program), afterwards doing AP, and also part of The International Baccalaureate (IB), while in high school. I graduated from Duke University with a BS in Economics, and a BA in Art History. I also attended Harvard University for Physics, and The London School of Economics for grad school, but I dropped out, as I really wanted to be full-time trader.

    4) "If your relative did not suspect bullshit then he/she must have been even more retarded than you are."

He was a doctor, who had no background in finance, and he trusted people. I give him credit for his suspicions, and his proactiveness in having me investigate the matter. He was VERY happy with the outcome.

PS. I want to take the IQ test again, as I really believe I can score higher than 136.

    SO, @DiceAreCast

WHO IS THE MOTHERFUCKING RETARD NOW?

    YOU ARE :)

  5. Because you spout your fantasy stories? Don't make me laugh. Everything you just told is completely pulled out of your ass. A funny story teller. In my neck of the woods those people are called clowns.

  6. Unfortunately for you, my post is 100% the truth. If you consider my reality just a fantasy, I definitely did very well in life. It's incredible that what I have actually attained in life can be a fantasy for another human being. I do feel bad for people like you, people who never found out their potential, IF there was even one, in the first place.

I can sense the bitterness of a loser...

  7. Don't make yourself look stupid by judging the validity of an argument based on how loaded the person, making such argument, is. Everything else I could not care less. But small tip: convincing others of great success in life but saying absolutely stupid things proves the opposite, that you are a liar or that you won the lottery.

  8. Like I mentioned earlier, I am very comfortable with my life. You just made me fully aware of how good I have had it. My reality is someone's fantasy! That made my weekend!

I did win the lottery in a way, as I never had to work to be born with an above average IQ. That was given to me when I was born. It's definitely a head start in life...

Small Advice: Get over the bitterness; it will just eat at you...

  9. I am truly happy for you that you can convince yourself to be happy :D

Just don't talk that same shit about the quality of an argument in the future or I will call you out on it again.

  10. Sure.

I just can't wait "for you to call me out on it again". Such eloquence...
