Not once. We do not custody funds, Wedbush does. Traders choose us because we are a small broker that targets active trader with great platforms and support. We are not an online self clearing broker with millions of accounts looking to add assets l. Our clients leave those online brokers for what we offer.
You aren't asked that question as you are not a custodian but surely many of your clients would check on the financials and AUM of Wedbush. If not, they are fools. While I would look at shareholder equity, income, bad debt, off balance sheet exposure, where funds are invested and more, I do look at AUM as well - particularly the growth as all the items are hints at how stable and safe a broker is. TD, Schwab, IB, Fidelity, all report these figures as well as many banks.
