Question about a low-price

Hi,

Stock >NCC< officially made a low of 34.72 yesterday but when I look at the intraday chart I do not see any activity below approx 35.2

Does anyone have an explanation ?

I see 34.74 low at 9:30 est.

200 share out of range trade at that price at 9:30, otc, prior to ny open.
