  1. If...then...

There would be a trial in the house and senate, it is called impeachment.

They tried it with Clinton, and it failed.

Some dems wanted to impeach Bush, it never got off the ground...

With the case the birthers are presenting and as dim as their leaders are...

Well, please birthers, keep it up!!!

The courts have not reviewed the issue. The have kicked it for procedural reasons.

The house passed some sort of stupid non binding resolution. who gives a shit. It has no meaning.

I have no idea about the state of ha electoral commission but thats still a bunch of hearsay.

Facts are what matters not a bunch a democratic professional liar loons.

  5. The courts reviewed the issue, and kicked the cases for procedural reasons...

The house passed a resolution with nary a no vote, very indicative of the thinking in the house...

So you have no evidence that the election commission has a problem, so they have no problem...

Fact is you birthers have nothing...but you do whine like babies...

  6. What was the "procedural reason" this case was thrown out ?

    Hollister v. Soetoro

On March 5, 2009, a lawsuit filed by Philip Berg on behalf of Gregory S. Hollister, a retired Air Force colonel, against Barack Obama (referenced as "Barry Soetoro", a nickname Obama used in elementary school in Indonesia). The suit was dismissed in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. The presiding judge, James Robertson, said the case was a waste of the court's time, calling Berg and another lawyer "agents provocateurs" and their local counsel, James Hemenway, "a foot soldier in their crusade." He ordered Hemenway to show cause why he should not pay the legal fees for Obama's attorney as a penalty for filing a complaint "for an improper purpose such as to harass."

"The case was a waste of the court's time"

Berg and the other lawyer were "agents provocateurs"

said that the suit was filed "for an improper purpose such as to harass."

Truth is most of the US population doesn't care about the birther issue. It's sad that they don't. The populace should demand openness of documents for such review, and I'm a little disappointed by our President who ran on a "platform of openness" keeps his records in veil, but I'm sure if there was provable substance there it would have been uncovered.... LOL, The secret birth certificate and records are the Dem's decoy like Palin is for the Pub's

  8. When was the last time Americans actually demanded transparency from their elected leaders?

  9. This is a country of laws. There is no right of a private citizen to see the birth cerificate of the president, otherwise freedom of information act would have kicked in. Obama showed his certificate and All courts so far plus hawaii governor and secretary of state back him up. Only a demented degenerate cannot accept that.

Your question drives home my point.

We don't and we should....IT"S BROKE.

America is apathetic and both sides of the aisle legislate poorly and out of self- interests.
