Hi, everybody I just have a quick question. If you look at current ratios to evaluate companies you´d like to invest in the usual ratio should be higher than 2. If you look at the current ratio of (investment) banks it is usually around 0.40-0.50 range. I was wondering why that is the case and if someone could give me an explanation. Thanks.
