    There is a program in Chicago that does teach trading techniques but I wouldn't recommend it. You'd be better of getting a Masters in Mathematical Finance and then applying that to the financial markets. If you can complete this program (the second link) you'll have a tremendous edge over the competiton.

    Here are the program requirements. The suggested schedule at the bottom is a good course to follow. Perhaps the most important classes in that series are Mathematical Finance I & II.
