Oatmeal gives me horrific smelling gas, I can't eat it. Or, more accurately, no one with 100 feet of me wants me to eat it. If I combine raw egg whites with oatmeal I become a weapon of mass destruction.
I gave up on instant oatmeal years ago. The best thing is making it myself. Add a cup or so of fresh fruit.
