Well, in fact I have a similar Matrox G400Max and also the Jeronimo 2000 card. I use win2000. But the Jeronimo 2000 card's win2000 driver is so poorly written I get problems displaying my desktop at bootup, and even when it displays at bootup, 2D detail is so poor I can't even read the ''My contact list'' of my ICQ program. In addition, it can't play windows media player mpeg clips properly at all...it's so slow. On the other hand, the win2000 driver of the Matrox G400max is so well written, 2D quality and performance is great and 3D is good as well. And you can juz compare the price between the two products.

I guess the Appian Jeronimo2000 may be good at its NT4.0 driver but its win2000 driver is woefully written and its been such a long time since they have updated it. I am very displeased with Appian and regretted very much buying it.
